When will my order arrive?
I am an independent artist without the means for the fast dispatch times of larger businesses. I usually aim to ship your order within a week. Allow 1-3 days beyond this for shipping in the UK, and further time for international orders. If I am experiencing a busy time, shipping your order may take me longer. Please order with patience in mind, it is greatly appreciated!
Do you offer international shipping?
YES! I am happy to send my art to you anywhere in the world; however, due to new EU regulations and widely varying costs depending on location, my international shipping is off by default, but I still send internationally by request. Do you offer returns?
All sales are final. My online store does not accept returns or exchanges. Despite this, please don't hesitate to contact me if your order is incorrect, damaged or not to your satisfaction & I will do my best to correct this for you :-)
